Do not citeUnder Development<p style="text-align: justify;">Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO<sub>2</sub>NPs) are widely used nanoparticles (NPs) , whose catalytic activity is mainly due to photoactivation. UV activation influences toxicity of TiO<sub>2</sub>NPs, so in this AOP, UV-activated TiO<sub>2</sub> nanoparticles were used as stressors. This AOP is constituted the KEs as JAK/STAT and TGF-beta pathways activation and AO as reproductive failure.</p>
