Thank you for your great work. In the spirit of this collaborative project that is AOPwiki, I suggest the following corrections / additions:

• biological components of the KE are missing. The presence of these structured vocabulary terms is very important for the automated exploitation of KEs and AOPs in general. I suggest these additions:
  • Biological Action: Occurence or Increase
  • Biological Process: Hepatotoxicity MI:2141
