• Correcting the gene symbol in the title: AT1R -> AGTR1 (HGNC:336)
• Adding taxonomic applicability would increase the exploitability of your work -if the mechanisms are applicable- I suggest for this AOP to add the following annotation: Homo Sapiens NCBITaxon:9606
• Setting biological organization level to Molecular (given the molecular nature of the described phenomenon, receptor activity).
• I suggest completing the Key Event Components with the following:
  • Biological action: Increase OR Functional change
