In vitro, fluconazole was shown to bind to the catalytic site of the human recombinant CYP7B and to inhibit its activity (Yantsevich et al., 2014).
Fluconazole: mRNA induction in mouse embryos after in utero exposure (Tiboni et al, 2009) and using tazarotenic acid as a substrate in vitro incubations and metabolite production measured by LC-MS/MS showed an IC50 of 19.8 µM (Foti et al, 2016).
