Abstract

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) are widely used nanoparticles (NPs) , whose catalytic activity is mainly due to photoactivation. UV activation influences toxicity of TiO2NPs, so in this AOP, UV-activated TiO2 nanoparticles were used as stressors. This AOP is constituted the KEs as JAK/STAT and TGF-beta pathways activation and AO as reproductive failure.
